✨ Sing the Thread, Move the Memory Performance ✨
at the International Circular Fashion Week Conference
We are honoured to highlight the designer behind the Hungarian traditional garments featured in this powerful performance.
🇭🇺 Piroska — costume designer & stylist
For more than 20 years, Piroska has been creating in the heart of Budapest, where her salon serves as both an artistic atelier and a welcoming, feminine community space. A small “jewel box” within the city, it brings together creativity, craftsmanship, and connection.
Her work is rooted in classical design, enriched with romantic and imaginative elements. She is known for her elegant lines and for working with the finest materials — including the traditional Hungarian kékfestő textile — transforming heritage into contemporary expression with great sensitivity and skill.
Alongside bespoke garments, she develops thematic collections and has presented her work at Budapest Fashion Week. She is also a member of the Hungarian Fashion Association.
🌿 In Sing the Thread, Move the Memory, her garments became more than costumes — they carried stories, memory, and identity across time.
This is the essence of circular fashion for us: preserving not only materials, but culture, craftsmanship, and human connection.
