If anyone is free and is able to help out

We have an action morning next Sunday, 18th October 9.45am- 12 noon. The meeting point is near the viewing platform at Gledhow Lake.
We have lots of interesting jobs: removing hay from the wildflower meadow at the lake end, dead hedge building, seed sowing, stone picking from the new wild flower meadow and more!

Why not come and join us? No experience necessary.
We are a super friendly bunch of folk and there's wonderful homemade cake when we finish!

A fabulous opportunity to really make your donation count 💖 Candlelighters

🎁 Double your donation! 🎁

The Big Give Christmas Challenge is back! From the 1st - 8th December your donation to Candlelighters can be doubled, meaning your donation to support families affected by childhood cancer will have twice the impact. ❄️

Only donations made directly through the Big Give website are able to be doubled. We’ll be sharing the link once it’s live across our channels, so make sure to keep an eye out!

Every penny raised will help make a huge difference to children and young people with cancer during Christmas and beyond. 💚

Lovely to see the winners. The hedgehog and bees were some of our favourite and popular talks from the last few years. So nice to see these are going to feature on future bank notes 💴 🦔 🐝

Banknotes are getting a nature makeover - the Bank of England has revealed that the European hedgehog has won the public vote to feature on pound notes in the UK, along with three other animals.

Find out what else will appear: https://bbc.in/4yDpesh
