World Mental Health Day is a time to open up conversations and remind everyone that mental health matters.

Here are 4 ways you can get involved this year:

Check in with a friend, colleague, or family member. Sometimes a simple “How are you really doing?” can make a big difference.

💚Share Mental Health Resources
Post helpful articles, helplines, or wellness tips on social media or in your workplace to help raise awareness and reduce stigma.

💚Take a Mental Health Moment
Pause and do something for your own wellbeing — whether it’s a walk, journaling, meditation, or just unplugging for a bit.

💚Support a Mental Health Cause
