Peter Holdsworth has completed an incredible 40 years in the Knights Templar, W Bro Tim Ridsdale W Bro Phil Guest and W Bro Steve Schofield were privileged to be there when he was presented with his 40-year certificate by the Provincial Prior, Hearl Lenton.

We visited Peter at Ghyll Royd Care Home, and it was wonderful to see him looking much brighter than on my last visit. He genuinely seemed to enjoy the occasion.

His son Richard, his daughter Carol, and her husband Jim were also there to share the moment.

A lovely afternoon spent in good company — with plenty of tea and cakes to round it off.
