WYCCP Resettlement Service

WYCCP Resettlement Service WYCCP is an independent charity which aims to reduce re-offending and contribute to building safer and stronger communities in West Yorkshire.

Staff and volunteers provide dedicated resettlement support to men leaving HMP Leeds and their families. WYCCP helps men who are being released from prison to integrate into the community through giving practical support both inside prison and after release. Our Family Support In-to-Out project, in partnership with Jigsaw Visitors Centre, provides person centred and invaluable support to any membe

r of a prisoner's family while their loved one is in prison or after release. Our volunteers are key to our success and we offer a 'hands on', practical and supported volunteering opportunity. We recruit volunteers from all walks of life; what they have in common is the desire to help people, a non-judgemental approach, reliability, a willingness to be trained and with some time to give each week.
