Dear all,

I wanted to let you know about some changes to how WYCGS meetings will be organized in the future.

From now on, I will get in touch giving you 2 weeks' notice of meeting dates, and I will ask you to confirm by Email that you plan to attend. I will need 4 people to confirm their attendance in order to run the session.

Apologies to add to your admin, but over the last 6 months we haven't regularly been getting enough attendees to cover the room hire. Sometimes we don't have enough people to run an ensemble session, which wastes the time of the people who do attend when I have to send them home again.

With that in mind, the next planned meeting will be Tuesday 21/11/23 - please let me know by 20/11/23 if you're planning to come.

Thanks,

David
