Our Story
We are a donkey-assisted interaction centre, offering equine assisted learning sessions for vulnerable children and adults.
We also open to the general public: between 3pm and 5pm weekdays (last entry 4.30pm), closed Wednesdays; and between 10am and 3pm weekends and bank holidays (closed 1st Saturday of each month).
During this time you can meet the herd, Adopt a Donkey, sample our delicious homemade goodies, and visit our gift shop stuffed with donkey-related treats! All proceeds go towards the work we do here at The Donkey Sanctuary Leeds and in the wider charity.
