Happy World Diversity Day!

Launched by UNESCO in 2002, World Day for Cultural Diversity is celebrated each year on 21st May.

The day celebrates the richness of cultures around the world, promotes intercultural understanding and encourages respect for cultural heritage.

Exploring culture helps learners become responsible global citizens. It encourages them to reflect on identity, question assumptions and build the skills to engage thoughtfully in a world shaped by different languages, histories and traditions.

Suitable for KS2 and KS3 these positive posters come with a teaching resource to help pupils explore how communities around the world are taking action to address climate change. All you have to do is answer the question “Why should schools teach about climate change? “ and DM us your email address!
