Helping Hands is a very small handful of people that have been homeless or in addiction and forced into deprivation and have managed to get help or help themselves and are just trying to give something back to a life they know too well... We rely totally on donations for our food parcels for people in isolation, homeless people on the streets and those housed and needing a helping hand. We use many of the food donations for making meals to take on outreach and hot home made soups, snacks, drinks and sandwiches. You can inbox us with your donations or use our Wishlist on Amazon which is pinned to the page.

I got a lovely message yesterday, to be fair I've had some really uplifting messages this week and this one was took me to my seat , it was from Rob of Growlers, pudsey .
So Rob Winterbottom has offered to buy all our ingredients for our hot flasks , weekly ..thats outreach coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and coffee mate ..every week.
This was in response to us asking for coffee, and obviously we can't get enough as our foodbank is constant , but to now have the relief of the costs for outreaches, well that's just a massive financial lift for us ..
I cant thank Rob enough and look forward to meeting him tomorrow to pick up the first week's donation, meanwhile ive been popping down , getting pics and of course grabbing some yummy food ..Another local business supporting a pudsey born and bred humanitarian organisation, what can I say other than charity begins at home ..well done Growlers of pudsey xx
