Healing can be helpful in a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual conditions, regardless of their name or nature. Established in 1992, Leeds Healing Centre's team offer healing on a drop-in basis every Friday 12pm- 3pm, last session starts at 2.30pm (see below for exceptions to Opening Hours). Spiritual Healers act as a channel for loving, universal, healing energy, which can relax the b
ody, release tensions and stimulates self-healing. The aim is to bring all aspects of yourself, body, mind and spirit into harmony and balance. The Healer simply attunes to the loving universal energy and channels this by placing their hands on or near you. Generally visitors are seated during the healing sessions but a treatment couch is also available for those who prefer to lie down. Most people find the healing very relaxing and as a result find themselves in a state of well-being and peace. In addition to this, some find relief from their condition with a calmer approach to life and how they manage their situation. Closed: Good Friday and at Christmas and New Year when public holidays fall on a Friday.
