We're partnering with Wear and Share Leeds to collect and distribute winter coats.
Last year the Leeds Winter Coat Appeal were able to give out over 8,300 items of winter clothing to families for free. That saved people over £252,066 - money that stayed within the family budget and could be spent on other essentials.
This year we are proud to support them and need your help. We are asking for donations of unwanted winter coats and fleeces (in baby, child and adult sizes), children waterproofs and snowsuits, baby sleeping bags and pram footmuffs, hats, scarves and paired gloves (in all sizes). All we ask is that the items be clean, of good quality and have a functioning zip.
Bag up your donations and drop them off at St John's Church whenever you see the doors open. All your donations will be put out on our rails for people to help themselves. The campaign ends on 26 February 2027. Thank you.
