Hey everyone! Another month, another sexual health test!

Our next monthly sexual health screening event in conjunction with is coming up on Thursday November 24th, from 11am-3pm in the Sky and Scarlet Studios in the ! These are found on the LUU basement floor (near the coop), but let us know if you have any trouble finding it!

We understand testing can be daunting, which is why we’re trying to make this as easy and confidential as possible. We want sexual health to be an open conversation in the LGBT+ Society so if you have any further questions please contact us!

This will be our last screening event of the year, but don’t worry we’ll be back with them in January! If you’re staying in Leeds through December and want to get tested we would recommend reaching out to Mesmac or Leeds Sexual Health in the Merrion Centre! Have a lovely festive period!! :)

Hello all! Everyone feeling ready to take on freshers week? How about fitting in a sexual health screening while we’re at it? 🤪

We’re happy to say we’ve been organising regular monthly testing events with MESMAC to make these events more accessible throughout the year. We’re aiming to have these take place on the last Thursday of every month, but will keep you updated with regular posts!

Our first testing event of the year will be taking place Thursday September 29th from 11am-3pm in the Scarlet and Sky studios of the LUU. These are found on the LUU basement floor (near the coop) but let us know if you’re having any trouble finding it.

Got a couple summer romances on the go? We want all our members to enjoy themselves as much as possible this summer so have setup a testing event with mesmac at the union on June 30th from 11am-3pm in rooms 2 and 4 on the second floor.

We understand sexual health tests can be daunting so we’ve made this as easy as possible; this is a judgement free space with no bookings needed. If you have any questions, please message us.

We would also like to remind everyone that these services are easily accessible outside of the union at any time this summer, through both Mesmac and Leeds Sexual Health in the Merrion Centre. Session bookings are required so we recommend checking out their websites for contact details.

Hi everyone! We’ve been working with MESMAC to organise a testing event for this Friday in the union. It’ll be an easy, fast and welcoming space to stay updated on your sexual health! No bookings are needed so feel free to just turn up! We understand things like this can be daunting but we hope we’ve made this as easy as possible, if you have any questions please drop us a message! Details are below.

OPEN CALL FOR Q***R ARTISTS !
We will be running an art fair in the union on the 3rd may for a chance for students to sell/present their artwork ! We will be offering financial aid and free printing ( if it is needed) in order for new artists to also be able to participate. It will be completely free to get involved and we will support you in any ways we can. Follow the link in the description to the google form to apply for a stall.

Who remembers our first dates event with Leeds RAG Events] a couple months back? Well… we’re back n better 👀

Come along on Monday 14th March for a special q***r night - meet new people n possibly find the love of your life ❤️ (no promises). You’ll be given up to 10 minutes for each date before continuing on for even more connections!

We had so much fun at the last event and we know you did too, let’s make this an even better night!

Hi all, reminder of our testing event happening Friday 11th (next week) in the Jade Studio in LUU from 11am-3pm in conjunction with .

We understand getting tested can feel daunting, especially if it’s you’re first time, so want to emphasise that this is a friendly and nonjudgemental space. We want this to be as easy as possible for everyone so you don’t have to book an appointment, just turn up during the open hours!

Knowing about your sexual health is only beneficial, if you have any more questions about the event please message us! :)
