We provide high quality massage, acupuncture and counselling in a judgement-free, warm, welcoming space in Leeds City Centre. We can also bring our massage therapists to your workplace or organisation.

Our vision is to provide genuinely accessible holistic support to anyone in the Leeds area who is struggling with mental, physical or emotional health issues.

do we do this? -
We’re a social enterprise. When you pay for your session here, all proceeds are put into our charity fund. This money is then used to support people struggling with chronic mental, physical & emotional health issues who wouldn’t normally be able to access the holistic support we offer. These people are referred to us through medical and healthcare professionals. Our wonderful massage therapists also go out into communities and care homes to massage people who can’t get to our space in Leeds City Centre.
