EXTRA VILLAGE ACCESS PASSES CAN BE COLLECTED ON WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY THIS WEEK 6.30pm - 8pm FROM THE OVER 60’s BUNGALOW MAIN STREET

‼️‼️ CORRECTION TO LEEDS FESTIVAL RESIDENTS LETTER FROM FESTIVAL REPUBLIC

Leeds Festival will operate a shuttle service between Leeds train and coach stations and the festival site.
NO shuttlebuses will access the festival through Thorner.
BUT… As a contingency it has been agreed with Thorner Parish Council that the buses may access Leeds City Centre via Thorner on egress should customer waiting times exceed what is deemed safe.‼️‼️

‼️MAIN STREET CAR PARKING ‼️
The council are coming SATURDAY MORNING approximately 10am - 12 midday to clean the road on Main Street and it would be appreciated if you could not park on the road during this time

‼️THORNER VILLAGE ACCESS VEHICLE PASSES‼️
We plan to deliver the passes to Thorner households by 17th August. Extra passes will be available for collection from the Over 60’s bungalow on Wednesday 19th & Thursday 20th August from 6.30 pm until 8pm each evening.

Our volunteer who waters the planters around the village is away until the weekend, if you live near a planter,in particular on Sandhills and the Ford your help would be much appreciated.
