A lovely afternoon @ Pointers Pop-In of mindful colouring as part of mental health awareness week alongside word searching, calming and soothing chamomile tea , donuts kindly donated by our member Lynn and beautiful hand massages with thanks to Alison at Inner Balanceโฆ.. and of course the usual giggles and game of dominoes.
