Queen Bee - Leeds; is an annual Drag Queen pageant established in 2015. The event raises money for Yorkshire Mesmac & St Gemma's Hospice (since 2017).

To date more than £16,000 has been raised.

The Queen Bee Story

The Queen Bee event was created in 2015, following the tragic su***de of Matthew-Alex Bedingfield.

It's thanks to the tremendous support from the community & our sponsors, that the event continues to grow and on December 2nd 2019 it will return - celebrating five amazing years.

Since 2017 and in honor of much loved LGBT* community ally 'Roseann Fields', Queen Bee also started to raise money for St. Gemma's Hospice as well as Yorkshire Mesmac.
