Women in Coaching Series with England Boxing 🥊

Resilience. Belonging. Purpose: these themes run through every story: showing the true power of boxing beyond the ring.

✨ Joanne Seward: Proof it’s never too late. Starting at 52 and coaching with Poseidon Amateur Boxing Club at 62, her journey highlights confidence, lifelong learning, and breaking age barriers.

✨ Emma Middleton London Community Boxing: Coaching as transformation. From addiction and mental health challenges to purpose and community impact, her story shows how sport can change, and even save, lives.

✨ Harriet Brennan: Turning struggle into strength. Now creating safe spaces for others at Brennan’s Gym- Home of The Barn ABC facing similar challenges, she shows how coaching can drive recovery and belonging.
