Cyber security can feel like a huge subject. New threats, new technology and new advice, it can be difficult to know where to start.

But you don't need to be a cyber security expert to make your business more resilient.

Start with the things that matter most: what information you hold, which systems your business relies on, who has access to them, and what would happen if they became unavailable.

From there, you can focus your time and resources on the risks that could have the biggest impact on your organisation.

Good cyber security isn't about knowing everything. It's about knowing your business, understanding your risks, and taking practical steps to reduce them.

Today is World Alzheimer's Day - a day dedicated to raising awareness of Alzheimer's disease, the most common form of dementia, and showing support for those living with it and the people who care for them.

In Leeds, support is available for people affected by Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia:

- The Memory Support Worker service can help people and their carers to understand a diagnosis, access support, and maintain independence. You do not need a formal diagnosis to access this service. Contact them on 0113 231 1727 or email [email protected]
- The Alzheimer's Society offers a range of support, from a listening ear on the phone to opportunities to connect with others
- Young Dementia Leeds supports people with early-onset dementia in Leeds
