Link Community Services is a community driven organisation striving to bring an end to isolation in local communities through social inclusion. Through close work within the community we have found that the elderly, disabled and those suffering from mental health issues are at increased risk of isolation. In an attempt to combat this, we offer transport and emotional support services to increase g

eographical mobility and social interaction. Our services range from scheduled tours and excursions in major UK cities, reduced rate door to door transport including, general home support and access to socially necessary and mainstream services. Seeking to bring a truly human approach to community services we look to combine transport and personal support with the much-needed social interaction we believe is vital to improving the quality of life of our service users. We endeavour to be better.
