Hi There! I’m Julz 🤘— also known online as immortalviking6.

I’m a paranormal investigator, Norse pagan, and history enthusiast, as well as one of four co-owners of The Priest’s Cottage. The paranormal has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, shaped by experiences I still can’t fully explain. Those moments sparked a deep curiosity and drove me to begin investigating the unknown for myself — searching for answers where history, energy, and the unexplained intersect.

My passion goes beyond just the activity; I’m deeply invested in the history behind haunted locations. Every place, every spirit, and every legend carries a story, and I’m dedicated to uncovering and sharing those stories with others.

Outside of the paranormal, I’m a huge foodie — and steak is life. I’m also massively into metal music in all its forms, from classic legends to modern subgenres. Some of my favourite bands include Amon Amarth, Black Sabbath, Eluveitie, and Testament.

Alongside investigations, I also stream occasionally on TikTok and Twitch on my ImmortalViking6 account, playing a variety of games — from intense paranormal horror games to lighthearted co-op fun.

I’ll also be going live more frequently on The Priest’s Cottage TikTok, sharing investigations, exploring haunted locations, diving into history, and discussing all things paranormal with the community.

I’m always looking forward to meeting more people, making new memories, and getting even more involved in the community.

One of the original three behind FX Paranormal, she’s basically what happens when caffeine, sarcasm, and unresolved anger toward incompetent people form a human being. Known as the unfiltered wildcard of the team, she comes fully equipped with savage comebacks, dark humor, and random farting at the worst possible moments.
If there’s dead silence during an investigation, it’s either because spirits showed up… or because she just verbally folded somebody for asking a stupid question before crop-dusting the hallway on the way out. She doesn’t chase ghosts nearly as hard as she chases accountability, and honestly, most entities are less terrifying than her reaction to slack behavior.
Equal parts menace and mastermind, she’ll roast you, embarrass you, then help you carry equipment afterward like nothing happened. The paranormal may be unpredictable — but her sarcasm and toxic fumes are guaranteed.

Hello fellow spooky souls! 👻✨

It’s Shan here! Most of you probably already know me—or at least I hope you do—as I’m one of the OG members of Fx Paranormal and one of the four co-owners of The Priest’s Cottage.

I’ve always had a deep love for all things spooky, paranormal, and spiritual. My journey has taught me so much over the years, and I’m constantly learning, growing, and listening to other people’s experiences. That passion for connection is exactly why Jade and I created our podcast, Beyond The Cottage Door—a space to share stories, explore the unknown, and bring like-minded people together. And exciting news… it’ll be returning soon with a fresh new revamp! 🎙️

When I’m not immersed in the paranormal world, you’ll usually find me with my nose buried in a book—I’m a huge reading lover! 📚 I’m also thinking about starting an online book club, so if that sounds like your vibe, let me know!

I’m a big fan of horror and spooky games too—even though they scare the absolute life out of me 😅 There’s just something about that adrenaline rush! Honestly, ghost hunting in games can feel even more terrifying than real life sometimes!

Outside of all things spooky, I also love makeup, being outdoors, cooking and listening to music—it’s all about balance, right? I also think I was Garfield in a past life because of my love for lasagne.

I’m also a Pokémon card collector—I love hunting down cards and adding to my collection whenever I can! If it wasn’t obvious, I collect all the Spooky ones. Mimikyu, Cubone and Greavard are just some of my favourites!

👻 ITS WICKED WEDNESDAY!! 👻

Another new team member for you all to meet… (we are treating you this week to 3)

I will happily introduce myself 🥰

My name is B and I am the member of the team that isn’t actually from Leeds. I’m a Geordie lass that loves the paranormal! I was asked to join the team around 6 months ago.

I was first introduced to the cottage through finding FX paranormal through a TikTok live back in July 2025 and felt drawn to the cottage from that day. Since then I have discovered that I have the ability to pull through names of spirits and a little bit about them. It’s not something that I ever paid attention to even though from a young age I could sense the unseen around me. It wasn’t until my dad passed that this “ability” decided to make itself more present in my life

I’m easy going, loyal to friends and family and will always be a crazy dance away! Feeling down? I’m there to pick you back up! Im a qualified make up artist, work my job through the day (we will not go into that one 👀) and stream on a night on TikTok… all whilst being a mother to my almost teenage son. Music is my therapy and you will often catch me bopping along to whichever song is in my head that day! I’m a true believer that spirits can communicate through songs and will always have a message. I’m a huge gamer at heart and you will often find me screaming at horror games (I’m petrified of them).

I’m interested in learning more about the paranormal and how I fit in to it. I’m still on my journey to discovering who I am at this stage and adventure in my life. Even my 12 year old son has shown some interest and loves the priests cottage! I’m currently interested in developing my skills In the Estes and Hartley method.

Random fact about me… I have always wanted to be a funeral director!

Today we are introducing another new member of the FX team!

Hannah has been a part of the cottage since July/August 2025 where it all started with
buying a haunted doll. She has been hooked since and an active visitor to the site. She became a member of the team around 2 months ago and is eager to progress in her journey

Let’s find out a little bit more about Hannah:

Helloooo, I'm Hannah, nice to meet you all. I am the youngest member of FX Paranormal, and also the member who rambles non stop about Billie Eilish or the paranormal. I have many interests that I could list as a get to know me post, but I'll only list a few or we will be here all day 🤣. I love the paranormal and have done ever since I was little. I collect haunted dolls, I love urbexing, the conjuring, the yagas, gaming, I love music, I like cosplaying, Evanescence, Billie Eilish, collecting things and much more. I'd say I'm quite funny when I want to be, but I'm also a very creative and compassionate person too. I'm also a full believer in the paranormal due to experiences I've had throughout this journey! 🤍👻

Hey my names Hayley
I love anything fun, spooky, and creative. I’m really into Phasmophobia and Fortnite, especially ghost hunting and gaming with friends. When I’m not gaming, you’ll probably find me dancing, swimming, doing makeup, or drawing/art stuff. I’m also obsessed with dogs and sunny weather because they instantly make me happy.

I’d say I’m pretty crazy and creative person who likes having fun, trying new things, and making good memories with people.
