You’ll receive full support, your expenses are covered, and you’ll be joining a small, caring hosting community. You won’t be doing this alone.

Our Beginner classes have been making soup as part of the wellbeing activities over the past two weeks and learning new vocabulary for the vegetables and what to do with them in cooking. Thank you, Julie! It was well enjoyed by everyone!

The recent High Court ruling in Epping may accelerate the government’s plans to move away from using hotels to accommodate people seeking asylum. As the future of this provision becomes clearer, please join our colleague Samuel - Welcome Churches in prayer for:

Wisdom for local and national leaders, that their decisions would be guided by compassion, justice, and fairness.

Protection for the safety and dignity of people seeking asylum, especially vulnerable families and children.

Peace in communities experiencing tension and protests, that calm, understanding, and unity would prevail.

Housing - that safe, sustainable homes would be found as alternatives to temporary hotel accommodation.

Stability and healing for those seeking asylum, that they may encounter hope, restoration, and peace in their journey.

Churches across the UK, that they would be strengthened to offer welcome, practical support, and love.

Witness - that the welcome of the church would be a living sign pointing people to Christ.
