WE ARE HIRING: Communications & Funding Assistant (Trial Period)
Haven Academy is expanding, and we need a proactive individual to help us stay organized, funded, and connected.
We are seeking a candidate who is a "go-getter" and excellent at "chasing things up." Your primary focus will be sourcing and identifying new funding opportunities and keeping our community engaged through regular, high-quality updates on Facebook and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities:
* Funding & Growth: Actively researching and sourcing potential grants, donors, and funding streams to support our mission.
* Community Engagement: Managing our Facebook and Instagram presence to keep our supporters informed and inspired.
* Follow-ups: Persistently following up on leads and inquiries to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Requirements:
* Proven ability to research and identify funding or resource opportunities.
* Strong knowledge of social media trends and digital storytelling.
* Professional and persuasive communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Terms:
* Duration: 1-month trial position.
* Stipend: $150 USD.
