Shore-Up CIC We’re a Community Interest Company providing support to those with and without mental health difficulties.

We aim to create a community of doing where being together in the midst activity can be a place for respite, support and belonging.

Whether you’re brand‑new to sewing or already have a project on the go, come join Stella our friendly, experienced tutor for a relaxed, hands‑on session at St Vincent’s Centre.

The next meet up at the Scrap Cafe of the wonderful Knitting and Crochet Guild is THIS Saturday. If you would like to swing by with your knotty knitting and crochet problems they will be happy to help you work things out. 10am-1pm. The group will be making Dorset buttons as their activity, if you’d like to join in with their activity there is a small fee for non members (more info from the K&CG), otherwise just come and be with the experts, they certainly know their stuff! There will be hot and cold drinks plus delicious brownies available in our Micro Cafe, plus the rest of the wonderful Scrap Store to explore, open 10am-4pm.
