Because everyone loves a shindig!
The purpose of the LS26 Ball is to host an event every other year (adjacent to The Chloe Tate Ball) which will raise money for local charities, individuals & community groups within the LS26 postcode and surrounding areas.
After 10 years of helping our friends Jenna & Chris raise money for LGI they have decided that the Chloe Tate Ball will now be held every other year due to the amount of time it takes to pull everything together. Over the years though we have seen how generous the local residents, friends and guests have been and have decided to put together The LS26 Ball to allow fundraising to continue each year. It also means we don't have to wait 2 years for the next knees up!
We specifically want the monies raised to be put to good use in and around the local area (hence the name). We will look to hold the first ball this Autumn (Oct 2020) if there is enough interest and have already discussed possible dates with Oulton Hall where we think it would make sense to host the Ball each year if possible.
We already have an idea of what we think our first years cause would be and will post details soon but in the mean time if you are interested and would be able to attend a Ball this October please like and share this page so we can start putting the plans in place and raising some money for local causes.
