Come and join us this Saturday for a litter-picking session targeting the Gilpins neighbourhood – meet at the centre at 10.00am. We will be busy not only litter picking, we will be chatting to local people about Pride in Place. From 12.30pm there will be light refreshments served back at the centre and an opportunity to chat informally with members of the Pride in Place board!

Thanks to The Leeds School of Architecture second year students and their inspirational course leader Dr. Craig R Stott for spending the day at the centre yesterday

The students will be working with the local community to look at concepts to create a safe, inclusive space for local children , young people and families this semester

We are proud to continue to develop what has been a mutually beneficial relationship between Project Office, NWCC and our local
Community. A relationship that began over 10 years ago and resulted in the design of the new community centre building that opened in 2015

We can’t wait to visit Broadcasting Place to discuss your ideas and concepts

It was so lovely to go with Lucy to George’s Crypt on Armley Town street to drop off bags created by our sewing group and designed by Lucy and Susan. The bags will be sold to raise money for St George’s Crypt and support the valuable work they are doing to make a difference in our community. St. George's Crypt Sewing Social
