Friends of Batcliffe Wood Friends of Batcliffe Wood are a practical conservation group. We carry out tasks to improve the wood. We're always looking for new volunteers to join us.

The Friends of Batcliffe Wood have been meeting for a few years but with a new influx in interest we have created this page. We have come together from several local community groups to focus on improving Batcliffe Wood. We carry out conservation and maintenance within the woodland in order to improve it for both wildlife and members of the public. If you enjoy working outdoors or love th
