Lead the Change is all about giving young people the space, inspiration and connections to find their voice and take their next steps in music. 💜

We'll be talking about our new collaborative project withb and why this project means so much to us.

This is about creating space for young people to discover their creativity, build confidence, and explore where their talent could take them. More importantly, it's about connecting them with people who've walked the path before them - creative trailblazers with years of lived experience, knowledge and insight, who are passionate about passing that on to the next generation.

We believe the best way to inspire future creatives is by giving them access to those who've already broken barriers, built careers and are now ready to open doors for others.

We're excited to share more about the journey, the vision behind the project, and what's to come.
