80 Years ago today, the Paddle Steamer Waverley was launched.
Last year, our branch Presidents Day trip out was aboard the Waverley to Swanage. Not in the best weather, but a great day out!
The history of the Waverley can be found at:

Yesterdays open Day at RNA Central Office was attended by shipmates from branches far and wide (including several from our own branch). Great organisation by Andy, Sara and the Central Office team, ably assisted by the LeeStubb father & daughter combo: Soapy & Kate. The weather was kind, the food fantastic & the rum went down rather well!
