Register now for The 12 A Week Challenge 2026!

Join CRY during Raising Awareness Week from Saturday 7th–15th November and complete 12 miles through an activity of your choice to represent the 12 young people who die each week from Young Sudden Cardiac Death.

The CRY Van on the road heading north to Ullapool and Thurso in the Scottish Highlands last month, where 345 people were screened ❤️

At CRY we aim to offer the choice to have a cardiac screening to anyone aged 14-35, because early detection can save lives. Thank you to everyone who makes these events possible.
