Yesterday, inside the Nomad Membership, we were joined by one of our members, Alessandra Baldeschi, who shared her expertise in PR and visibility.

It was such a great reminder that visibility is never one-size-fits-all.

Whether you’re just starting out, refining your positioning, launching something new, or looking to expand your reach, the questions remain similar:

What makes your perspective different?
What is the story only you can tell?
What is the angle that helps people understand why your work matters?

Alessandra walked us through how PR professionals think, what journalists and media outlets are looking for, common mistakes entrepreneurs make, and why clarity is often more important than complexity.

Not everyone needs the same visibility strategy.

For some, it may be podcasts.
For others, partnerships.
For others, media features, speaking opportunities, events, or simply showing up more consistently online.

The goal isn’t to be everywhere.

It’s to be visible in the places that make sense for you and your business.

I’m grateful to Alessandra for sharing her knowledge so generously and for reminding us that visibility is as much about clarity as it is about exposure.

One of my favorite parts of the Nomad Atelier Membership is being able to learn not only from guest experts, but also from the incredible women within our community who bring such diverse experiences and perspectives to the table.

Often, when I visit exhibitions, people ask if I’m an artist.

I always smile because I have so much respect for those who create. Yet I’ve always felt I have more of a curator’s eye. Whether I’m working on a client’s brand or curating a Nomad experience, I’m often the one who sees connections, gathers ideas, finds meaning, and brings different worlds together.

For a long time, creating products felt somewhat distant from my work.

Yet lately, something has been shifting.

I often tell my clients that learning alone doesn’t create change. We can read, study, and collect inspiration endlessly, but at some point we need to make something of it. We need to take action.

This year feels like an invitation to honor the Maker within me.

To move from ideas into form.

To collaborate with talented artists, makers, and creators. To bring together my world of stories, symbols, beauty, and meaning with the artistry of others.

I’m excited to begin creating unique pieces within the Nomad world.

Objects with a story.

Talismans that carry meaning.

Special pieces that bring a little more beauty, intention, and magic into everyday life.

And perhaps this is also a reminder that we don’t have to be only one thing.

Sometimes the curator becomes the maker too. Can’t wait start holding again “The Muse Within” live workshop.

Sunday reflections.

How many times have you looked at someone else and thought:

“She has something special.”

Meanwhile, you’re overlooking the very thing that makes you unique.

One of the biggest things I’ve noticed when working with women is that their greatest strengths are often the things they dismiss.

The things that come naturally.

The conversations they love having.

The problems they solve without thinking.

Because it feels easy, they assume everyone can do it.

They can’t.

Your unique signature is rarely hidden in something extraordinary.

More often, it’s hidden in the things you’ve stopped noticing because they’ve always been part of you.

Sometimes the work isn’t becoming someone new.

It’s learning to see yourself more clearly.

Have you ever discovered a strength you were overlooking?

One of the things I see most often when working with women entrepreneurs is how difficult it can be to see what is truly special about ourselves.

We can spend years building businesses, collecting experiences, developing expertise, and helping others, yet when someone asks, “What makes you different?” many women struggle to answer.

Not because they don’t have something unique.

But because it has become so natural to them that they no longer recognize its value.

They assume everyone thinks that way.

Everyone sees what they see.

Everyone connects dots in the same way.

Everyone brings the same perspective.

But they don’t.

The things that feel effortless to you are often the very things that make you distinctive.

I’ve seen women completely transform their businesses once they begin to understand this.

Their messaging becomes clearer.
Their confidence grows.
Their content becomes easier to create.
Their offers become more aligned.

And they stop trying to compete with everyone else because they finally understand what they bring that no one else can.

One of the foundations of my Personal Blueprint™ method is helping women uncover this unique signature.

That unique combination of experiences, strengths, perspectives, values, and ways of seeing the world that make your work unmistakably yours.

Because before you can build a distinctive brand, business, or body of work, you first need to understand what is actually distinctive about you.

For one moment, think about what is that comes naturally to you that others consistently seek your help, perspective, or guidance on?

I’ve always been fascinated by crystals.

Perhaps because they come from deep within the earth. Perhaps because they carry millions of years of history within them. Or perhaps because I’ve always felt there is something mysterious and grounding about them.

And this week, sitting within Marina Abramović’s Transforming Energy installation in Venice, I was reminded why.

One of the things I’ve always loved about her work is that it invites the visitor to participate, not simply observe.

The exhibition explores the connection between the human body, crystals, energy, and transformation.

What stayed with me wasn’t just the art.

It was the permission to sit quietly in a room and do absolutely nothing.

To listen.
To slow down.
To reconnect.

In a world where we’re constantly moving, creating, consuming, and reacting, it felt like the perfect way to recharge.

And then following the flow, enjoying a very Venetian days where one discovery leads to another. Wandering through hidden gardens, unexpected exhibitions, quiet streets, and beautiful corners of the city.

A reminder that inspiration doesn’t always come from doing more.

Sometimes it arrives when we finally make space for it.

I’ve always believed the most powerful collaborations happen when you find someone building with the same intention you do.

Our recent Nomad Membership gathering at reminded me exactly of that.

From the moment I stepped into the space, I knew it was special. A place that instantly slows you down. I’ve spent years seeking out hidden and soulful spaces for the women I guide, places where something quietly shifts. Stamberga was that, and more. Beyond the objects, the art, or the beauty itself, there was something rarer: a feeling.

Founded by Marco Beretti, Stamberga carries a quiet depth that is increasingly rare today. Every detail feels considered. Nothing rushed. Nothing loud for the sake of attention. Exactly why it felt so aligned with Nomad Atelier.

For this membership gathering, we wanted to create more than an event. An experience of presence.

I’m deeply grateful to Marco, Maria, Chanda and the whole Stamberga family for the care they brought to every detail. It felt like recognising something I’d been doing myself for years, just through a completely different lens. When that happens, everything flows.

This is the kind of collaboration I hope for Nomad Atelier to continue building. Not partnerships for visibility alone, but encounters between worlds that naturally speak the same language.

Because when values align, people can feel it.

Those of you on my email list know of NOMAD EDIT, a monthly letter where I share my personal world. Things, events, places, books that inspire me. It’s Back.

I’ve always believed being an entrepreneur is not just about strategies but also about weaving what we love into what we do.

I had been absent for some months dedicating time needed to myself but so many of you wrote me yesterday regarding my email on how inspiring it was that I want to just THANK YOU.
And promise to keep on sharing.

For Nomad Readers, if you haven’t seen yet, it’s in your inbox.

For those of you who want to also receive these every month. Find link in bio to signup.
