A HUGE Thank You to Newfield Charitable Trust!🩷

We are incredibly grateful to Newfield Charitable Trust for their generous donation of £3,000 toward our specialised counselling services.

This vital funding directly supports women under 40 who are currently living in Esther accommodation and actively engaging with our services.

Professional counselling provides these women with a safe, therapeutic space to process trauma, build resilience, and take positive steps forward in their lives.

Thank you, Newfield Charitable Trust, for your continued support and dedication to empowering women and girls in our community.

At , we have an advisory board, Patrons, and friends of the organisation who go above and beyond to support and advise our senior leadership team.

It’s still ✨️Volunteers’ Week✨️, and we want to give a massive shout-out to our incredible Volunteer Kitchen Team! 💖

Every single week, these superstars keep our Esther groups well fed! From the collection of ingredients and meals, to the essential tables set up, wash up, and set down—we couldn't run our support sessions without you! 🍽️✨

We also want to say a huge thank you to our fabulous individual food donors and corporate teams who generously donate food every week. Your kindness directly fuels our community. Thank you 🩷

We still need your help! 🫵

Our sessions are growing, and we are looking for more helpers to join us:

✨️ Hub Kitchen Volunteers: Help us serve food and drinks during our support sessions so that our session leads can focus on our Esther group attendees.

✨️ Meal Donors: We need more food and pre-prepared meals donated to keep everyone fed.

✨️ Esther House Support: We need food donations specifically to supply and support Esther House for when ladies arrive with no food in their first few days of arriving.

We're looking for a:-

✨️Women's Support LINC Worker✨️

To join an exciting partnership between Project and Willowdene Farm in Shropshire.

This role has been developed as a partnership between Willowdene Farm and The Esther Project to strengthen trauma-informed support pathways for women experiencing multiple disadvantage, including women involved in or at risk of entering the Criminal Justice System.

📍 Warwickshire & Worcestershire
💷 £27,500–£28,400
⏰ Full Time (37.5 hours)

This role involves supporting women through recovery, wellbeing, practical support, community integration and positive change (OOCR).

We're looking for someone who is:
✨ Compassionate
✨ Non-judgemental
✨ Organised
✨ Resilient
✨ Passionate about supporting women

🌸 Happy Volunteers' Week from The Esther Project! 🌸

From June 1st to 7th, we are celebrating our volunteers who are dedicated to bring hope and support to our Esther community.

Every single day, our volunteers give their time to help provide the safe spaces and care that allow women across South Warwickshire to rebuild their lives.

We want to send a massive thank you to all our dedicated volunteer teams:

👗 Our Pre-Loved Shop Team: For helping bring style, warm smiles, and for creating a beautiful welcoming space at No. 12 Gloucester Street.

💻 Admin & Marketing: To our behind-the-scenes heroes helping us to keep organised.

🌱 To our new Allotment helpers: For being willing to create a beautiful, peaceful green space that is conducive to good mental health and wellbeing.

🏡 The Esther Groups & Session Leaders: For building a safe, nurturing space where women can drop in, connect, and exhale.
