Our next meeting is on Thursday 14th May and we have a great craft lined up. You will be able to make a greeting card using a technique called 'Iris folding'. This is a papercraft originating in the Netherlands that involves layering and taping folded strips of paper to make a pattern. If you are new and fancy coming along, please let us know before Thursday!

All the Lillies enjoyed a fabulous evening LWMS - Leamington and Warwick Musical Society production of My Fair Lady. Congratulations to all the cast for an amazing evening. We were too busy singing and enjoying ourselves to take a photo!

But wait! Stop those timers! Our esteemed judge, Shaw G. Bottom has just been discovered dead in the judge’s tent.

The bread round just turned into the dead round.

You batter play our Bake Off themed murder mystery The Great British Bump Off to solve the mystery!

These walks aren’t about pace, they’re about showing up together.

A simple hour or two where you can:

• Feel more confident walking locally
• Meet other Leamington ladies (without any awkward “How do I make friends as an adult?”panic 😅
• Get fresh air and a mood lift
• And know your not doing it alone!

We have a fantastic programme for 2026, so if you want to meet like minded women then come along and try a meeting. We kick off February with a heart macrami making evening and we will be joined by The Esther Project - Women of Worth to hear about what they do and how we can support them this year.

Our next meeting is on January 8th and we have invited a physiotherapist along. His name is Ed Baker and he is going to teach us all about 'Chair-robics' with a theme of - Move it before you Lose it!

It will encourage us to understand the importance of stretching and being flexible to help us maintain our posture. Sounds like a great way to start a new year.

This will be followed by a representative from 'The Esther Project' coming to talk about their work which aims at supporting women to overcome barriers caused by trauma and social or economic disadvantage. This is going to be our chosen charity for the next eighteen months.

All the Lillies kicked off the festive season with a Christmas party evening for our last meeting and donated bags of items to Bags of Kindness at The Esther Project - Women of Worth

The Lillies were delighted to present £410 to Flourish at our recent AGM. Flourish have been our President's Charity for the past 18 months and Kate came to tell us how the funds that we raised last year (£350) and this are put to good use supporting girls. https://www.youcanflourish.co.uk/

We finished the evening with a very competitive Beetle Drive, lots of laughs, tea and homemade cake! Join us next month for Christmas fun!
