This morning we were down Sydenham Drive tidying up the planters and preparing them for the winter and next spring. Afterwards we did a litter pick down the alley. Thanks as always to Raphaelle for your support 😊

A lovely sunny but very windy morning up at the mound. We raked all the debris up and then sowed some wildflowers. Hopefully next spring the meadow will be better than ever. Thanks to Tanya and Raphaelle for your help 😊

On a beautiful sunny morning we had our monthly litter pick today. Not a lot of rubbish to collect which is a good sign that people aren’t discarding their rubbish all over the place 😊. The top of Sydenham Drive is a lot tidier now. Thanks to Tanya, Raphaelle and David for your help.

With such a beautiful afternoon what better time to cut the meadow. It’s had its first cut now and been left for the seeds to scatter. In a weeks time it will get another shorter cut ready for next year. Thanks to Julie for your help 😊

With the weather not on our side we have had to take the decision to cancel this morning’s litter pick. Hopefully the weather will be kinder next month.
We do our litter picks every second Sunday morning of the month. If you would like to get involved please email us at [email protected] and we can add you to our litter pick group.

This Sunday is our monthly litter pick. We are meeting in the car park at the Stanley Court shops on Sydenham Drive at 10 o’clock. The weather forecast is dry. Come along and join us. Just bring a pair of gloves, all other equipment is supplied. If you would like to be added to our WhatsApp litter pick group please email [email protected] with your name and number. This is the easiest way to get regular updates 😊
