Thanks to everyone who has already got involved and supported this project; for those who haven’t please do, if you can.
The concept is really cool!
Our first project will work like this;
Businesses will pay a small sponsorship fee for a 6 month period (this will be invoiced and fully tax deductible) to be an official supporter.
Every penny of this will go to where it needs to go- the end user!
Unlike big charities, there are no over heads, CEOS on £300k a year or even a wage for us. We are not only doing this free of charge, but both sinking a substantial amount of our own money in to sponsoring it ourselves and getting the ball rolling.
We have negotiated cost price rates with a local food van in Leamington and through tokens that are handed out at the Leamington night shelter, users will be able to collect a hot meal / drink with each token.
Sponsorship will work as follows:
Tier 3: £150 (£25 per month)- get tagged and thanked as supporters in monthly posts
Tier 2: £300 ( £50 per month) - get their logo and thanked on monthly picture posts
Tier 1: £600 (£100 per month)- get their logos large and thanked as main supporters
All sponsorship will run for 6 months and compared to most local advertising is not only extremely cheap, but also a tax write off and will help those that need it the most, far more than putting money in a charity box.
One off donations will also be available for those who wish to donate, but not get involved / can’t get involved with sponsorship as soon as the new bank account is up and running and we have the go fund me page
