Most common garden problems can be solved without the need for harmful chemicals πŸ§ͺ❌

For aphids, try using a hose attachment to spray them off, or simply removing them with a cloth.

For a longer-term solution, encourage predators that feed on aphids, such as birds, beetles and bats, by creating wildflower patches and providing nesting and hiding spaces.

Try growing flowers such as Michaelmas Daisy and Fennel that attract hoverflies, beetles and ladybirds. 🐞

We’re shocked to think that any political party would contemplate scrapping the Climate Change Act.

Climate change is a huge factor driving habitat loss and adversely affecting vulnerable communities. We need nature’s recovery to help us adapt, to help protect our water supplies and our food security.

Scrapping the Climate Change Act is a huge threat to our future and, as the Wildlife Trusts and the Wildlife and Countryside Link have stated, we should be strengthening those protections instead of tearing them down.

Jeremy Wright MP, Saqib Bhatti, and Dr Neil Shastri-Hurst MP, what do you think?

We’d love to hear thoughts from all our local MPs about this.

This image highlights the important reminder that we must respect the natural habitats of animals. If we destroy their homes, we shouldn't be surprised when they seek shelter in human spaces. It's time to rethink our environmental impact and learn to coexist with the creatures that share our planet. 🦊🌍

We received over 1,300 comments from people across the county who are concerned that new planning rules will mean less space for wildlife and nature.

This comment, from a supporter in North Warwickshire and Bedworth, perfectly captures our feelings. Do you agree? πŸ’™
