The Saints Youth 2016s travelled to Dundee last Friday for a game against Dundee FC at the Regional Performance Centre.

The group did well and continue to move on each week with some great performances.

🟡⚫ ST LAURENCE YOUTH 2016 ADJFA LEAGUE GAMES 🔵🟡

St Laurence Youth FC 2016s teams last Sunday were back in league action, we saw some teams playing at different locations over the weekend in the Aberdeenshire ADJFA 7 aside league.

St Laurence Youth 2016s welcomed Aberdeen West End Football Club 2016s to New Academy Playing Fields, Laurencekirk.

St Laurence United 2016s also at the same time had a game against Golden Glows 2016s at the same location.

Finally St Laurence City 2016 travelled to Newtonhill for a game against Newtonhill 2016s Blacks.

All teams played well and a solid performance from the group of boys and girls as they played as a team which is great to see the work from the training paying off.

Thank you for all who came along to support the games at home, all coaches were delighted with the efforts from the players.

🟡⚫️ ST LAURENCE YOUTH ANNUAL 2026 GOLF DAY ⚫️🟡️

St Laurence Youth FC will have their second Youth Golf Day on Friday 26th June at Brechin Golf Club, and we’d love to see as many of you there as possible—parents, supporters, or both!

Very few spaces left now available out of the 72 players attending!!!!!!

We’re also pleased to offer an additional opportunity to support the event by sponsoring a hole for £50. In return, your company will be promoted across our social media platforms and advertised throughout the golf day, providing great visibility for your business.

Spaces are limited, so please let us know as soon as possible if you'd like to book a place, enter a team, or reserve a hole sponsorship. Last year was a great success and we had the day full within a week of the post.

🔵⚪ RIVERSIDE WEST END YOUTH 2015s vs ST LAURENCE YOUTH 2015s 🟡⚫

St Laurence Youth FC 2015s were back in league action yesterday in the Jim Falconer League 1. It was a beautiful and sunny morning, great for a good game of football at the Riverside Playing Fields.

Our United team were up first then the Youth after this.

We also had a bounce game last week against Montrose Youth where pictures are attached.

Both teams played well and a good game to watch for both sides.

🟡⚫ SAINTS MINI KICKERS 2021/2022 MAY UPDATE ⚫🟡

Another great turn out over the month of May for the youngest group in the saints family, the group training is outdoors at Memorial Park.

Each week two children get a free certificate to attend Dizzy Rascal's for their efforts in training picked by the Head Coaches.

The 2021 & 2022 Mini Kickers are currently sitting with 46 registered kids attending regularly every Saturday morning and a reserve list of 49. We have some kids signed up to the waiting list in case any drop outs.

Also some children born in 2023 & 2024 have already registered interest for next year and the year after due to the popular demand of the group so get your name in if you want to secure a spot in the future by emailing [email protected].

St Laurence Youth FC 2017s last Sunday were back in league action, we saw only two teams of the youth playing in Aberdeenshire ADJFA 7 aside league as another team couldn't raise a team.

St Laurence City 2017s were away on Sunday playing against Rosemount Youth 2017 at Mile End School.

St Laurence United 2017s had an away game up at Nicol Park playing Portlethen Sports Club 2017s United.

All teams played well and a solid performance from the group of boys and girls as they played as a team which is great to see the work from the training paying off.

🟡⚫ ANGUS FUN 4s & 5s FESTIVAL TOURNAMENT MAY ⚫🟡

St Laurence Youth FC 2020s attended the festival in Forfar last Saturday with 4 teams for the club. Weather was brilliant with plenty of sun some for some good football on show throughout the morning.

St Laurence 2019s went ahead an hour later with four teams and 2018s with another four teams an hour after this.

The 2018s on Friday night had a great evening in Dundee where they played some bounce games against the academy kids of Dundee FC Academy as well.

All the age groups did well and competed with some good young players from other clubs at the Forfar Community Campus. This is a well organised event run by Sam and the team at ANGUSalive Sport & Leisure.

The group of boys and girls played as a team which is great to see the work from the training paying off. The kids love the game, dribbling and shooting, playing games and scoring goals and most importantly having fun.

St Laurence Youth 2016s travelled the short distance up the A90 to play a game against Stonehaven Youth FC 2016s.

St Laurence United 2016s didn't have a game so played a bounce game against the United 2015s.

Finally St Laurence City 2016 welcomed to Mearns Academy Colony Park Football Club 2016s Colts to round off the weekend.

All teams played well and a solid performance from the group of boys and girls as they played as a team which is great to see the work from the training paying off.

With the football season coming to an end in Laurencekirk on the amateur level if you are looking for a football fix then head down to the Old Academy Playing Fields opposite Mearns Academy for a football fix.

St Laurence Youth FC 2015s have a friendly tonight against Montrose Youth 2015 kicking off at 7pm so why not come along and see the oldest group within the youth playing.

Their will be a small cafe at the game for any refreshments.
