🫶VOLUNTEER WEEK🫶. We have the most amazing volunteers and are so grateful to every one of them!

🤝 Volunteering Week Spotlight 🌟
To kick off , we’re celebrating the success of our Supported Volunteering Programme! 🙌
Delivered in partnership with Voluntary Action South Lanarkshire , the programme offers flexible, person-centred volunteering opportunities tailored to individual needs.

Working closely with third sector organisations, we have a wide range of placements available across South Lanarkshire that help participants build confidence, develop skills and improve wellbeing 💬✨

We’re proud to share that over 60 participants have already taken part ranging from young people who have just left school to parents who are returning to work, and we’re excited to continue growing this success in the year ahead! 🚀

Free holistic therapy sessions starting soon!
SMILE Children's Charity has been awarded funding to continue our Holistic Therapy sessions with a grant from the Community Health and Wellbeing Fund, managed by Voluntary Action South Lanarkshire.
This means we can offer FREE holistic therapy sessions at Hilary's House of Calm for unpaid carers of children with serious illness or disability in Lanarkshire.

Smile Children’s Charity are absolutely thrilled to announce our Charity ambassador - Scotland National Team hero and Norwich City FC star Kenny McLean.

Fresh off scoring the historic winning goal that sent Scotland to the World Cup, Kenny has become a national icon and a symbol of determination, pride, and heart. His commitment on the pitch is matched only by his passion for supporting children and families with serious illness and disability, which is why we are truly honoured to welcome him into the Smile family.

We couldn’t be more delighted to have him as an ambassador.
