D2 The Creative Centre D2 is a multi-purpose Arts Centre located in Larbert. D2 is a multipurpose arts centre located in Larbert, Falkirk in Central Scotland.

We provide art and craft classes for all ages and abilities, studio space for artists and a large gallery space for exhibitions. It is set within a two storey building and has around 14 artists studios, a 900 sq ft teaching facility and a 4500sq ft exhibition space. D2 offers adult art classes Monday - Friday and a variety of classes for young artists aged 5-16 years. New students are enrolling re

gularly, some of whom have no previous experience in art. Students are invited to learn new skills and improve techniques. We provide guidance on preparing portfolios for entry into further education, as well as life drawing classes. Students have the opportunity to exhibit and sell their work at D2's annual class exhibition. The exhibition space is located on the first floor with natural light and views to the Ochil hills and Falkirk Wheel. The Exhibition Space at D2 offers a remarkable opportunity in Central Scotland for endless arts related purposes, installations, music, dance, drama and events. We host several annual class exhibitions as well as specialised workshops in this space. D2 hosts around 14 resident artist studios, these vary in size from 114 sq ft to 476 sq ft and are available with long or short term leases. The studios are affordable as our range of sizes offer artists the opportunity to find their ideal space within their ideal budget. The cost is inclusive of rates, heating and lighting. Resident artists enjoy 24 hour access to their studios with parking at the front of the building and a 24 hour alarm system. The common room acts as a hub where all users of D2 can take a break to meet, eat, drink or just chat. (Common room currently closed due to COVID-19 restrictions)

Get along, it's a Fantastic bunch of Creatives! Falkirk & District Art Club

Art Club is counting down to our Exhibition 2026 which runs from 16th to 19th July. 12 noon till 4pm daily. Keep it in mind as we’d love you to come visit us. Artwork on display from our 25/26 season. Our raffle this year is a super yummy food and drink hamper which I think you will love to win. There will be refreshments and nibbles available and a painting table for children ( or adults 🤗) Members of our club will be painting each day and you can get to know about the club and what it means to be a member. Something you might be interested in. We had a waiting list towards the end of our season but it will be open again for new members once we start again in September.
