Hi . It is with great sadness that my fellow director and I have decided to close We Make The Path CIC.

We are in the process of working out how to continue the Pathmakers Community outside of the We Make The Path container.

Hi there. I hope you're as well as you can be, and doing what you need to to take care of yourself and get your needs met as 2025 gets started.

You may have noticed, we've had a hiatus from posting since October 2024. I (Elinor) have been wondering whether it's worth putting energy into social media any more. So I'm asking you :-)

Are the kinds of posts we've put out until now been in any way helpful for you?

If so, in what way in particular?

Is there anything specific you'd like to see on our page?

The Pathmakers Community is a dedicated online space run by and for chronically ill people who want to take action towards the lives we want.

We come together to share how we're doing, to ask for support, to celebrate our successes, and to share resources that we find interesting or helpful.

We also meet every month on Zoom to focus on self care together.

And it's free!
