We have had such a lush morning at The Healthy Living Centre, giving out free reusable period products and having so many meaningful conversations about periods with members of the Bournville Estate Community.

Thanks to those who ventured out today in the heat and took your time to speak to us and share your stories.🥵

Radio station BCfm has released Real Women Talk Health, a six-part podcast designed to give women and those who support them clear, jargon-free guidance.
