Lancaster Lindy Circle Not for profit swing dance community. We dance Lindy Hop, Balboa and solo jazz. We have monthly socials planned for 2026- see our events for details.

We are a group of Swing Dancers who offer classes in Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz and participate in running swing dance socials in the Lancaster area.

We won't be having a Saturday social in October. Why not head out and about during Lancaster Music Festival 8-11th October?

Our old friends the Sun Street Stompers will be at the Tap House from12.30 to 3.00pm Sunday.

Alan has identified some blues and rock & roll bands who might be worth checking out:
Sooz Blues - various locations across the weekend (see LMF website)
Quiffless & the Ponytails - Royal Hotel, 6-8pm Saturday
The Hustle - White Cross, 5.30-6.30pm Saturday
Blueshounds - Wagon & Horses, 2-4pm Sunday
Mama Parker & the Rossettes - Tite & Locke, 3-4pm Sunday
The Out and Out Blues Band - Kanteena 5-5.40pm and the Tap House 8.30-10pm Sunday

*Please note* we can't guarantee how danceable the music will be, or if there will be any room for dancing! These are just a few names who caught our eye in the programme.

This week we’ll be having a festive social! Come along for a dance and a mince pie.

This will be our final Thursday evening, so this is your last chance to come and have a mid week dance with us.

Keep an eye out for our first monthly social, which will be happening at the start of February.
