Founded by Shihan Steven Baker in 1995, Satori Ryu Martial Arts has grown over the years with, at it's core, a philosophy of "The enjoyment of learning with an open mind". As the Association has progressed, with Shihan Baker a

t the head, involvement in martial arts has nurtured many long lasting friendships and a huge amount of respect, not just for Steven but also for the Association. This Course is open to everyone, no matter what style, grade or group you are with, all are welcome. The course will cover CCM Method in grappling, both standing and ground.
For B3/Balintawak students, this is part of your Level 6 material which you can bank even if your not at that Level yet. It will give all levels a greater understanding of CCM in empty hand Concepts and techniques. 🙏👊

Coach Steven Baker from Burnley Martial Arts is coming to Invictus Martial Arts Academy to teach the foundational skills of Balintawak B3 😎

What is it?? 🤔

Balintawak B3 is a modern Filipino martial art developed by Coach Richard Cotterill, blending weapon-based and empty-hand techniques. It’s practical, fast, and built for real-world combat.

What will I learn?? 🤔

Foundation course - you will learn the 12 angles of attack and the 12 angles of defence. The system then expands into combinations, counters, disarms, locks, and chokes.

How much is it?? 🤔
