Walk with a Doc – Today☀️

If you’re up for some fresh air and friendly company, why not join us for our Walk with a Doc group? The weather forecast is looking lovely and so is a great chance for you to come along and catch some spring sunlight

We meet at 2pm on the Lancaster side of the Millennium Bridge for a gentle walk through the beautiful surroundings Lancaster has to offer.

💬 Alongside the walk, we have a short discussion on a health-related topic, followed by time to chat with walk leaders and fellow walkers. It’s a great way to get moving, learn something new, and connect with others.

Talk club will be meeting Friday at Cornerstone, sulyard street in Lancaster. Would love to see you guys there!

Many men think mental health and mental illness are the same thing—but they’re not. Mental health is like physical health, just for your brain. And just like going to the gym strengthens your body, Talk Club helps you build mental strength through conversation.

Talk Club is a space for men to talk, listen, and grow.
Here’s what happens in a session:
-We ask: “How are you? Out of 10?”
-We talk about life’s stresses and worries—without judgment.
-We reflect on what we’re grateful for and how we’re going to take care of ourselves.
-We support each other in becoming mentally fitter and stronger.
It’s not therapy. It’s not a lecture. It’s just regular blokes talking—and it works.

👛 Cost? Absolutely free.
If you’re ready to talk, we’re ready to listen.
Come along—you’ll be made very welcome.
