Good morning everyone! Many believe that Monday 20th January is BLUE MONDAY as so many of us will be sad: Christmas is a fading memory, the weather is dark and dull, and it’s still a long time until payday.
We’re planning to buck that belief at Quiet Elevenses tomorrow though. From 11-13h in room 2 at St Thomas’s Church Centre, LMH will host free refreshments, friendly chat, and range of activities to promote wellbeing through doing. Please join us!

LMH members have a special invitation from Morecambe Bay Subbuteo Club. This is a great opportunity to try out a new activity or revisit a childhood hobby. Either way, come along to Strathmore Hotel on New Year’s Eve. RSVP in advance so we have an idea of numbers.
