📢 New Information About Autism and ADHD Assessments

Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) has published new information about Right to Choose (RTC) and private autism and ADHD assessments, including a position statement, FAQs and an easy-read guide for families.

The information explains:
✅ The different assessment routes available (NHS, Right to Choose and private providers)
✅ What families should consider when choosing a provider
✅ The standards that high-quality autism and ADHD assessments should meet
✅ What happens after diagnosis, including support and treatment options
✅ Frequently asked questions about RTC and private assessments

The version of you online isn't fake. Online you are articulate, funny, confident. You know what you think. You know how to say it.

Then someone talks to you in person and the words just... leave.

This is so common in AuDHD young people and it barely gets talked about.

Online communication removes so much of the processing load. No eye contact to manage. No tone of voice to decode. No masking. Just words, and time to think before you send them.

In person, all of that hits at once.

The version of you online isn't fake. It's actually you, with the barriers removed.

E2M Microgigs Returns – A Celebration of Young Talent & Live Music

Escape2Make Microgigs return with a relaxed and welcoming evening of live music, celebrating young people and local music.

This cosy event promises friendly faces, great performances and a positive atmosphere for all. The night will feature a special performance from West End performer Leigh Coggins (Les Misérables / Phantom of the Opera), alongside sets from talented young local , offering a fantastic opportunity to support E2M.
