Welcome to Unite & Thrive CIC!

At Unite & Thrive CIC, we believe no one should feel alone.

We provide compassionate 1:1 befriending and wellbeing support for adults aged 65 and over, helping people stay connected, independent, and confident both at home and in their local community.

Whether it’s sharing a cup of tea and a friendly conversation, accompanying someone on a walk, attending appointments, shopping together, or enjoying community activities, we’re here to provide genuine companionship and meaningful support.

Our services are tailored to each individual and may include:

* Friendly home visits
* One-to-one companionship
* Community outings and social activities
* Support to attend appointments
* Shopping and local errands
* Building confidence to reconnect with the community
* Emotional support and a listening ear

We understand that loneliness can affect anyone. Our goal is to create lasting friendships, encourage independence, and help people continue living fulfilling lives with dignity and connection.

If you, a family member, or someone you care about could benefit from a friendly face and trusted support, we’d love to hear from you.

Unite & Thrive CIC – Bringing people together, one connection at a time.
