A fine day out earlier this week. Members of Lanark Rotary and some friends and relatives and a cocker spaniel took a sunny walk along the Water of Leith pathway. Ending up in the port of Leith and having a much deserved light lunch and liquid refreshment.
Why not come and join us for our next walk?

The Rotary Club of Lanark are pleased to have helped fund the purchase of 3 tents for the use of Lanark Grammar School, Duke of Edinburgh award candidates. Hopefully the tents will all be available for this years' entrants. We look forward to hearing how things go.
Several of our mature Rotary members took part in the DoE award some decades ago and it remains a fond memory for them all!

The Rotary Club of Lanark has been in existence for over 75 years and we have had some great and memorable members during that time. We are always seeking to attract new members to join us, both men and women.
We aim to provide friendship through membership to this international organisation and to provide a channel wherein we can together help improve our local environment and give assistance to the community.
We meet generally twice each month (1st and 3rd Wednesday evenings). If you are minded to contribute positively to our society and want to know more about us, please message us for an initial and informal chat over a coffee.

Further to our previous invitation to local organisations looking for funding contributions we have now received several costed applications. We will be seeking to respond to all applicants in the very near future.
