Hello there, how are you ?
I was pondering today, as I revisited my website and a couple of blogs I wrote - yes just a couple ! and pondered why I hadn’t kept them going….. guess those limiting beliefs came to surface, in all my humanness ☺️, then I listened again to this reflective clip - you are who you’ve been looking for, by Adam Roa, and in my pondering, smiled, a beautiful reminder and I’d like to share with you too
Take care.

Have you heard of Tapping?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT involves gently tapping specific acupressure points on the body.

It’s a powerful tool for calming the nervous system and supporting emotional wellbeing.

But it’s helpful to know that not all tapping is the same:

💚 General EFT Tapping
Great for wellbeing, stress relief, grounding, and calm.

💛 Therapeutic EFT
A deeper, psychological approach used to explore challenges, emotions, and long-held patterns.

I’m excited to be offering both types in small, supportive group settings.

There will be two styles of groups:

✨ Wellbeing EFT Groups - Gentle sessions focused on calm, stress reduction, and self-care.

✨ Therapeutic EFT Series - A more focused group exploring specific themes over a series of sessions.

Both online and in-person options are currently being developed.
Groups will be small and personal to ensure safety, comfort, and support.

🌟 Possible group themes:

Introduction to EFT
EFT for Stress Relief
EFT for Self-Care
EFT to Support Supporters (helping professionals)
EFT through Menopause
EFT for Sleep

If any of these resonate with you, I’d love to hear from you.
Please feel free to message me with your interest or questions. ☺️

Warm wellbeing wishes,
Lisa

New Year Self-Care Tips 🌿

1. Prioritise Self-Care: Start the year by recognising that your well-being matters. Make time for rest, nourishing activities, and practices that bring you peace.

2. Set Intentions, not Resolutions: Instead of rigid goals, focus on how you want to feel this year. What small daily actions can help you embody those feelings?

3. Practice Gratitude: Each day, take a moment to reflect on something you’re grateful for. This simple practice can shift your perspective and bring more joy into your life.

4. Embrace Boundaries: Protect your energy by saying “no” when you need to and creating space for what truly aligns with you. Boundaries are a form of self-respect.

5. Be Present: The New Year is a chance to slow down and reconnect with the present moment. Take time to breathe, notice, and savour the small joys around you.

6. Celebrate Progress: Reflect on the growth and lessons of the past year. Recognise how far you’ve come, no matter how small the steps feel.

Take care, take self-care

Breathe, notice the breath in, notice a breath out, ground within your senses, offer yourself kindness, all the versions of you, with empathy, non judgment, compassion and acceptance.

Surround yourself with what might bring you joy, calm, peace; a loved one, memory, friend, a smile, nature, movement, a sunrise or sunset, a gentle breeze on your face.

Embrace each emotion as a sense of being here in this moment, for no soon as one will leave, another will arrive, move through the landscape within to the otherside towards possibilities of where you will meet yourself.
