As the phased switch off of the Radio Teleswitch Service (RTS) continues, we'd encourage anyone who still has an RTS meter to contact their supplier as soon as possible to book a replacement appointment.

The energy price cap is going up on the 1st of October. If you submit meter readings, make sure to do this on Tuesday the 30th of September to ensure you pay at the current rate for the energy you've used in September.
