A huge thank you to HM Coastguard Fleetwood for visiting 2nd Kirkham Beavers and Cubs at our Annual Winter Camp.

The kids learnt the importance of Water Safety and what to do in an emergency.

🌟 Join the Adventure – Volunteer with 2nd Kirkham Scout Group! 🌟

We’re looking for amazing people to join our volunteer team and help us keep bringing fun, friendship, and adventure to local young people in Kirkham! 🙌

Our group supports over 70 children aged 4–14, across our four brilliant sections:
🐿️ Squirrels (4–6 yrs)
🐾 Beavers (6–8 yrs)
🐻 Cubs (8–10½ yrs)
⚜️ Scouts (10½–14 yrs)

There are lots of ways you can get involved — whether you can offer a little time or a lot:

👉 Team Member – lend a hand occasionally at meetings, events, or activities.
👉 Section Support – help our young people with games, crafts, trips, and adventures (no experience needed — just enthusiasm!).
👉 Trustee Board Member – share your time, ideas, and skills to help guide the group. We’re especially looking for a Secretary 📝
👉 “Building for the Future” Subcommittee – help us plan improvements to our Scout HQ and outdoor space for years to come.

Every bit of help makes a huge difference 💚
